How it Works
By strategically locating sensors within a geographic boundary, NetLogix is able to instantaneously identify a gunshot and pinpoint its location. Each "gunshot" is digitally categorized into an acoustical profile associated with different types of firearms, auto backfires, firecrackers, etc. This is different from other competitive solutions that listen to noise levels.
NetLogix's GSD solutions integrate real-time, location-based incident mapping, automatic video surveillance camera shift and capture (video camera shifts towards gunshot source direction.) Additional system enhancements are also available, such as advanced acoustics, biochemical sensors, and other features. NetLogix GSD solutions are able to capture data with a forensic audio record detailing the timing and sequence of gunfire. Each event is automatically recorded and mapped for immediate police dispatch.
