The NetLogix modular approach to network management of wireless (and particularly wireless IP networks) is very unique. We offer several levels of management which allow our clients to focus available resources on specific network functions that they may prefer to manage on their own.
All customers receive carrier grade monitoring which includes:
- Monitoring of Network Devices (wired, wireless, and other nodes)
- Incident Notification
- Case Management
- Monthly Summary Reporting
